Asanas
In the asanas you will find the theory and the analysis of the technics and variations of each asana.
It is good that you start from the karanas, continue with asanas , breathing technics and finally relaxation. Our experience has shown us, that this is the best way you gain experience in technics and teach them afterwards.
When you finish with technics, start with methodology. With methodology you will learn, what is your role as a teacher and skills you should attain?
Next is anatomy. Here you will learn the terminology that we use to describe the body parts and will be also useful to understand the poses. It will also be helpful to the instruction of a yoga class.
In Kinesiology you will learn how the human body moves in which directions and axons, in order to align the body parts in a safe and correct yoga pose.
In physiology you will learn what the human body consists of and how it generates movement through metabolic procedures.
At last in philosophy you will be introduced in the purpose of yoga and how it was evolved in the centuries. You will learn systems of energy that conduct the human body.
